Plano W was born from the more than two decades of experience of its partners, Willy Milanese Sônego and Rosana Montagner Cervo, in construction and architecture. We are a boutique developer that combines technical expertise, an authorial vision, and a clear commitment to quality, rigor, and precision.
We understand that building well requires intention.
That’s why each project is born from careful curation: from the selection of the site to engineering solutions, from materials to the proportions that define space. We create developments with a high level of design and construction, where technique, aesthetics, and purpose work together.

Willy Milanese Sônego
Has been working for years in the development and technical management of real estate projects, with strong experience in construction execution and multidisciplinary team management. Has participated in projects that have become benchmarks of quality and construction excellence.
Rosana Montagner Cervo
An architect with a well-established career in the development of residential, tourism, and leisure projects. Throughout her career, she has led projects for several construction companies, including:
- – Habitasul, with the renovation of Jurerê Beach Village, Jurerê Praia Hotel, and Jurerê Sport Center
- – RCL Construtora, with Orquídeas Residence and Park das Palmeiras
- – ESSE Engenharia, with studies for cable cars in cities such as Rio de Janeiro, Niterói, Santos, Itajaí, and Florianópolis
- – ITOP Engenharia, with the Top Studios project in Canasvieiras
In 2020, she formalized her partnership and founded Plano W. She is the author of the company’s first project, Harmonie Residencial, in the João Paulo neighborhood, in Florianópolis.
